The terms and conditions below apply to all aspects of the MTP Summit 2023 event (the “Event”) and any references to the Event on https://mtp.travel (“the “Site”). Before you complete the registration for the Event on the Site, we ask that you read the terms and conditions below.
The Site and Event are owned by Most Traveled People, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“MTP”).
These terms may be changed or amended without notice to you. Your continued use of the Site and the Event will mean that you accept these changes.
Solicitation
The Site and the Event do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell any investment.
Advice
No information contained in the Site or provided at the Event should be deemed to constitute the provision of investment, financial or other professional advice in any way.
Content of the website, the events, and the publication
By proceeding you agree, to the exclusion by us, of any liability, including without limitation that arising from any loss of profit or any other damage direct or consequential, in respect of any errors and/or omissions by us and/or any relevant third parties in respect to the content.
The contents of the Site, the Event(s) are based upon sources of information believed to be reliable, however, save to the extent required by applicable law or regulations, no guarantee, warranty or representation (express or implied) is given as to its accuracy or completeness and, MTP, and its members, officers and employees do not accept any liability or responsibility in respect of the information or any views expressed herein.
If you have accessed the Site using a link from another site, MTP does not accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy of information contained within the sites of other providers who have links to any pages of this site or to whom this site is linked.
Registration
By registering your name and email address for the Event, you are agreeing to receive email communication from MTP regarding the events and services.
Notification
You agree to notify us of any changes to your personal circumstances with respect to any information or representation made herein and to provide us with any changes to this information as we may reasonably require.
Ownership and Copyright
The copyright in the website, the events and the publication (unless otherwise indicated), its contents, including all information, code, graphics, text and design are owned by MTP and should not be distributed or reproduced without permission.
Photography and Video Policy
MTP reserves the right to film and photograph all aspects of the event.
By attending the festival, visitors and attendees permit the organizers as well as approved third parties to use any video or photography taken.
Refund & Transfer Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds.
Up to 30 days before the event, you can transfer your ticket to another person and no fees will be applied to this.
Unused tickets cannot be used for future years.
In the case of an act of god event, your event ticket will be transferred over to the rescheduled dates.
Discounts & Codes
Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes except when specifically allowed. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers or credit received from a previous show. Any credit issued must be used by the original recipient and cannot be transferred.
Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to a completed ticket purchase.
Discounted Event tickets are not eligible for resale. Any resold tickets will be immediately considered void and ineligible for a refund.
Tickets and Add-ons are subject to individual promotions and cannot be combined or redeemed against one another.
Any discount provided for these add-ons will not be applicable after a purchase transaction has been completed. Discounts must be applied before purchase confirmation when selecting available products.
Tickets distributed as part of a sponsorship package are applicable exclusively to the contracted company. Complimentary tickets will only be valid for said company unless otherwise specified by a member of the Event team.
Discount codes cannot be redeemed onsite at the event.
Ticket holders may not sell, auction, resell, donate, act as an agent for another party or otherwise transfer their tickets without the prior written consent of MTP.
Live Events
The information, and speakers & panelists, and any other events listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification at any time.
Limitation On Liability
MTP is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by MTP on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any MTP-owned web properties. If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MTP which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, MTP, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription.
Code of Conduct
The Event is a platform that welcomes robust and differing points of view, conversations, and debate. However, harassing or insulting other attendees is not acceptable. We want the Event to be a fun and productive environment.
This Code of Conduct applies to everyone – attendees, speakers, sponsors, press and anyone else.
If you are harassed/insulted or witness this type of behavior, please bring this matter to the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to exclude or eject anyone without refund from the events or venue if they are reasonably considered a disruption to the event or a safety risk to others.
